『うぐいす』はKlan Aileenの6枚目のライブアルバムである。
前作『たぬき』が静まり返ったKlan Aileenだったのに対し、今作ではこれまでになくパンキッシュな演奏を聴くことが出来る。
Swansが演奏するSilver ApplesのようなM1の未発表曲「神・芥・霊」に始まりM4「再放送」、M5 「ミネアポリス」は出来損ないのモーダルジャズ的な即興演奏が繰り広げられる。
土着的なアニミズムと遅くなったMC5が日本刀を振り回しているようなスピリチュアルパンク盤。

"Uguisu" is the sixth live album by Klan Aileen.
Whereas the previous album "Tanuki" was a quiet Klan Aileen, this album is more punk than ever.
Starting with the unreleased M1 "Kami・Akuta・Rei" which sounds like Silver Apples played by Swans, M4 "Saihousou" and M5 "Minneapolis" are improvisations in the style of badly made modal jazz.
This is a spiritual punk record with indigenous animism and a slowed down MC5 wielding a Japanese sword.
