『Sessions & Live』はKlan Aileenの3枚目のライブアルバム。『Live At Fever』と同時リリース。2018年2月27日、浅草橋にあるツバメスタジオで行われたセッションと、2014年から2016年までのライブからレアテイクを収録。『Milk』完成後の初演は観客が誰もいない小さなスタジオで行われ、1度作品という枠に収めた楽曲をもう1度解放するような作業が捉えられている。スタジオの古い機材を多く使用しているため、Klan Aileenのどの作品とも音の質感が異なる。
後半のライブテイク集は、これまで1、2度しか演奏されなかった楽曲、バージョン等レアテイクが収録されている。
